Let's Try This Again

So I'm pretty sure that nobody reads this blog....ever. Probably because I don't post anything on it....ever. Eh, oh well.  Having said that, here I am, trying again.  My life just keeps getting more and more interesting and I don't want to forget one moment of it!

Guys, this past year was a doozy.  Let me rephrase.  These past six months have been a doozy.  Just to recap:

-I had a baby.  In my house.  On a couch. Not planned.
-Said baby was born with clubbed feet, which were very cute.  Now they look normal.  And it was not an easy process.
-The four of us flew to Utah in two plane seats. That was fun.
-We bought a new car. Our old car died on the way to the dealership.  They still took it for a trade. Win.
-We adopted Cricket. We're still deciding if that was smart or stupid.  I think it was both.
-We now have an official "two year old."
-We have pretty much lost our minds in the chaos.
-We love every second of our lives.

Check out that outlet.  And that cord.  Mom of the year right here. Don't worry. He knows that if he touches them he will have to go on timeout. Which is kind of the worst punishment he could ever imagine. He's really obedient when we threaten timeout.

First solids.  It was watermelon. He was semi-impressed. It might have had something to do with the fact that Huck wanted to feed him and the spoon kept ending up on his cheek instead of in his mouth.
